My name is Dr. Rabea Kamphausen.
I work as an executive coach and HR consultant. I am also available to you as an interim manager if you need to bridge a shortage of resources at short notice.
I draw on my psychological training as well as several years of experience as a manager and project manager in HR in international corporations and medium-sized companies.

As a consultant, I support your organization in the conception and implementation of projects.
These can be topics such as talent management, leadership development or HR IT implementations.
Interim Management
As an interim manager, I am at your side for a limited period of time.
As part of your organization, I take on tasks as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Project Manager for a defined period of time.
