My name is Dr. Rabea Kamphausen.
I work as an executive coach and HR consultant. I am also available to you as an interim manager if you need to bridge a shortage of resources at short notice. Another focus of my work is professional aptitude diagnostics.
I draw on my psychological training as well as several years of experience as a manager and project manager in HR in international corporations and medium-sized companies.

Coaching
As a systemic business coach, I support you in finding a solution for your individual concerns.
This could be the following questions, for example: How do I deal with challenging situations in day-to-day management and how do I resolve them? How do I find my own path? What are my long-term goals?
HR Consulting & Interim Management
As an HR consultant, I support your organization in the design and implementation of projects. These can be topics such as talent management, leadership development or HR IT implementations.
As an interim manager, I am at your side for a limited period of time. As part of your organization, I take on tasks as HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Project Manager for a defined period of time.
Suitability diagnostics
As an aptitude diagnostician, I conduct individual assessment centers for you to fill vacancies and to identify internal talent.
In doing so, I am guided by DIN 33430 for job-related aptitude diagnostics. My approach is scientifically sound, but at the same time pragmatic and practical. Assessment centers can be conducted both virtually and on site.
