About me - Dr. Rabea Kamphausen
I have more than 10 years of experience in various HR management functions in medium-sized companies and large international corporations. I therefore have first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by managers and have successfully managed and implemented numerous projects.
I studied psychology in Bonn, graduating with a degree in psychology, and completed my doctorate in Kassel on the subject of "Failure of managers". What makes people professionally successful and satisfied has always been one of my areas of interest.
I completed my first training as a systemic consultant at the renowned Institute for Systemic Consulting in Wiesloch while I was still a student. When the need for more online coaching arose during the coronavirus pandemic, I successfully completed additional training to become an online business coach.
In (business) coaching, I can optimally combine my personal experience as a manager and my numerous further training courses and support you in your further development and problem solving.
As a "Senior Coach", I am an active member of the German Coaching Association (DBVC) and the International Organization for Business Coaching (IOBC). This guarantees a continuous exchange with coaching colleagues and ongoing further training.
As a consultant, I contribute my expertise in the management of international projects, particularly in the areas of talent management, learning and organizational development.
I am also available as an interim manager if you need support at short notice.
